The Coaster Station Custom Order is a simple, personalized way to create custom engraved coasters with the same design without visiting the studio. You’ll share your design ideas with us, and our team will take care of the rest.
Choose from a curated selection of materials including slate, wood (light or dark), and wood & marble combinations in a variety of shapes. From text and font style to layout and engraving details, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your vision.
After your order is placed, we review your customization details and create your coaster using our professional engraving technology. Natural materials may vary slightly in grain, color, and texture, making every coaster uniquely yours.
This option is ideal for gifts, busy schedules, or anyone who prefers a done-for-you custom piece created by The Creation Station NJ team.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please check the shipping options during checkout for availability in your area.
Shipping Times: Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days.
Shipping Costs: We provide competitive shipping rates based on your location and the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout
All items from The Creation Station NJ are custom made and created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your design will already be in progress.
A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your item is created. Your order will only move into production and shipping after you approve the proof, ensuring everything is exactly how you want it.
If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
