Return Window
We accept returns within 3 business days of delivery. You must contact us at support@thecreationstationnj.com within 3 business days of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that are damaged, altered, or returned beyond the 3-business-day period will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20 % restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email support@thecreationstationnj.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Custom or personalized items (including engraved, made-to-order, or name-specific products)

Sale or clearance items

Perishable or hygiene products (such as food, beauty items, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please reach out before placing an order if you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos so we can evaluate and make it right quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s been approved.
If approved, your refund (minus the 20 % restocking fee and any shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
