PROCESSING TIME
All orders are handcrafted and processed within 7–14 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items may take longer depending on design complexity, materials, or current order volume.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
If we anticipate a delay beyond the normal processing window, we will contact you via email with an updated timeline.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving. Orders not collected within 7 business days may be canceled or restocked unless otherwise arranged.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after the carrier scans your package.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@thecreationstationnj.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, The Creation Station NJ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it:

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your item arrives damaged, please email support@thecreationstationnj.com within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll do our best to help with a resolution or carrier claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
If you’re located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please email us at support@thecreationstationnj.com for a custom shipping quote.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
PRE-ORDERS & CUSTOM ITEMS
Pre-order and made-to-order items include estimated ship dates on the product page. These timeframes are approximate and subject to change based on material availability and production demand. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS
We strive to ship on time, but delays can occasionally occur. The Creation Station NJ is not liable for late deliveries caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order is marked “shipped,” the delivery timeframe is the carrier’s responsibility.
