You’ll work alongside our team to design and personalize your own tumbler using the different creative technological tools we offer in a relaxed, beginner friendly studio setting. No prior design experience is needed and we guide you through each step of the process.
Choose from a curated selection of ceramic mugs and tumblers in a variety of styles. You’ll explore fonts, layouts, and design details while customizing your piece with a name, phrase, or simple design to make it uniquely yours.
Your 45 minute session includes design time, software use, customization, and hands on guidance throughout. This experience includes the creation of one personalized mug or tumbler and is perfect for individuals, friends, gifting, or anyone looking for a creative and memorable way to make something personal.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please check the shipping options during checkout for availability in your area.
Shipping Times: Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days.
Shipping Costs: We provide competitive shipping rates based on your location and the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout
All items from The Creation Station NJ are custom made and created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your design will already be in progress.
A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your item is created. Your order will only move into production and shipping after you approve the proof, ensuring everything is exactly how you want it.
If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
