• Any upgrades or additional colors will be invoiced separately

Your remaining balance will be confirmed after we review your design details and must be paid before production begins.

All items from The Creation Station NJ are custom made and created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your design will already be in progress.

A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your item is created. Your order will only move into production and shipping after you approve the proof, ensuring everything is exactly how you want it.

If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
