Thickness varies by material selection. Custom shapes such as arches or specialty cuts may be available upon request and may affect pricing.

Deposit & Pricing Information

• $150 non-refundable deposit is required to place your order
• The $150 deposit includes one base layer (wood or acrylic)
• Additional layers and/or colors are $20 each
• Pricing applies to all physical signage unless otherwise noted

Final pricing is based on:
• Number of layers
• Number of colors
• Material selection
• Design complexity

Any remaining balance will be invoiced after design review and must be paid before production begins.

Once approved, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance. Production begins after payment and approval are received.

All items from The Creation Station NJ are custom made and created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your design will already be in progress.

A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your item is created. Your order will only move into production and shipping after you approve the proof, ensuring everything is exactly how you want it.

If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
