This listing is a deposit to reserve production time on our professional apparel printing equipment, along with print setup and support from The Creation Station NJ staff, for a custom apparel order created in-person or virtually.
This is not a pre-made item. Your deposit secures printer access, setup time, and a place in our production schedule so we can produce a custom printed garment using finalized artwork approved by the customer prior to printing.
What This Deposit Covers
✔ Print setup and production for one (1) finalized apparel design
✔ Printing on one (1) garment (shirt, hoodie, tote, etc.)
✔ Professional printing using our commercial-grade apparel printer
✔ One completed custom printed item based on approved artwork
This deposit applies to one printed item. Additional garments, sizes, print locations, or upgrades are quoted separately.
Artwork Approval Policy
Approved artwork means the final design has been reviewed and confirmed by the customer and approved for production with The Creation Station NJ.
Approval may be given in writing or digitally (email, message, invoice approval, or proof confirmation).
By approving the artwork, the customer confirms that all details are correct, including:
• Design layout and placement
• Spelling, names, dates, and wording
• Colors and design elements
• Garment type, size, and print location(s)
Once artwork is approved, it is considered final. No changes can be made after approval.
Printing Capabilities & Optional Upgrades
• Front, back, sleeve, and multi-location prints available
• DTF, DTG, sublimation, or vinyl printing (method determined by artwork and garment type)
• Specialty garments, oversized prints, specialty finishes, or layered designs available at an additional cost
• Bulk orders and multi-item runs quoted separately

Garment Color Availability
Garment colors are selected based on current in-store availability. Special color requests may be accommodated with at least one (1) week’s notice, subject to supplier availability and additional cost if applicable.
Deposit & Payment Policy
• The deposit is fully refundable until artwork is approved by the customer and production begins
• Once artwork is approved and production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable
• The deposit is applied toward the final order total
• Full payment is required before completion, pickup, or shipping
Important Information
• All custom apparel is final sale once production begins
• Minor variations in color or placement may occur due to fabric type and printing method
• Production timelines vary based on project complexity

All items from The Creation Station NJ are custom made and created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your design will already be in progress.
A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your item is created. Your order will only move into production and shipping after you approve the proof, ensuring everything is exactly how you want it.
If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
