This listing is a deposit to reserve production time on our professional-grade XTool P2S laser, along with hands-on design support from The Creation Station NJ staff, for a custom project created either in-person or virtually.
This is not a pre-made item. Your deposit secures machine access, staff time, and a spot in our production schedule so we can design and produce a one-of-a-kind laser-cut and/or engraved piece made specifically for you.
What This Deposit Covers
✔ Design consultation and setup for one (1) custom project
✔ One 12″ × 12″ sheet of 3mm wood or acrylic (your choice)
✔ Precision laser cutting and/or engraving using our XTool P2S
✔ One finalized flat custom piece based on your approved design
This deposit applies to one flat item. Any additional pieces, materials, resizing, or upgrades will be quoted separately before production begins.
Design Capabilities & Optional Upgrades
• Maximum flat cutting width: 23.6 inches
• Extended length available via pass-through cutting (material-dependent)
• Rotary engraving available for tumblers, bottles, cups, and other cylindrical items
• Specialty materials, thicker stock, or multiple pieces available at an additional cost

Deposit & Payment Policy
• Deposit is fully refundable until production begins
• Once production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable
• Deposit is applied toward your final project total
• Full payment is required before completion, pickup, or shipping

• Design proofs must be approved before cutting or engraving
• Production timelines vary based on project complexity

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your design will already be in progress.
A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your item is created. Your order will only move into production and shipping after you approve the proof, ensuring everything is exactly how you want it.
If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
